I am doing this to provide for an orderly succession of ownership of my businesses; if my ultimate incapacitation or passing occurs prior to establishing a Successor interest then of course this ‘investordiversified’ branding will cease to exist.
At this date (Thursday, June 09, 2011) no one in my Immediate or Extended families has shown any interest in a successor position with any of my business interests. Accordingly, (unless and until one or more of my own children, or, next, anyone in my total extended family FIRST choses to join me as joint venture partner(s) with successor rights upon my ultimate incapacitation or passing) I am presently extending an open invitation for an appropriate potential joint venture partner to lockup such a successor relationship with me.
